Yes...Case dismissed for lack of Evidence..only the driver gave evidence that Silva shot Bharatha..is the driver still alive?

A 14 year-old school boy was injured due to a blast believed to have occurred from an anti personnel mine on the Chalai-Chundikulam lagoon in Mullaitivu Saturday evening, Military spokesman Brigadier Ruwan Wanigasuriya said.
Instead of spending millions and millions on demining, allow people who buried mines to demine. Settle displaced people in these areas so they will do demining, the only hitch is they will lose their limbs but who cares?
