You cannto be serious. You just come with these incidents that no one has seen and tries to suggest that it reflects the norm for tamils who live in SL. More than 50% of the tamils live outside N & E, and yet no complaints from them. The whole Colombo city is run by tamils.
You won't get to know all what is happening and the sinhala media in the south black out all these things. And you can't expect every humiliating event to be documented with photograph, etc.
This living in the south is another story. If they are humiliated on racial basis they are not going to report or run to the police station? Come on then they will get further humiliated.
Even other wise the Tamils in the south maintains a low profile, when they go to the market they just pay what is being quoted thanks to money coming from abroad and the vendors too area happy. Do you know Wellawatte and B'Pitiya markets are the most expensive all because of tamil customers with foreign money.
Never, you all see on the face value and don't look deep and then only you see the simmering.
But I agree that things seem to be improving and hope for the best.

Blame JRJ because there is no one to defend JRJ, and continue exactly the JRJ policies.
Allow MPS and ministers to engage in corruptions, concentrate power around - that is what Exactly JRJ also wanted.

Debo, it is funny watching some of the usual characters here how they would never go against LTTE. They hate SL, find everything wrong with our country, but never offer a solution. These guys are like JVP who will never accept or get a position of power but are like parasites who live off the misery of others.
