If ponseka is the prime mover in the battle field, why he had to wait till GOTA comes to finish the rubber slippers gang??
Why did Gota go to USA in the first place leaving the forces at the crucial time?
Gota did a lot of work, nobody should deny that but that work was mainly within the AC rooms.
Why then Gota called SF that SF was the best general in the world? Don't deny this fact.
Without SF this war might still being going on!
There was a famous phrase among army that if they moved forward they had to face Jonny (LTTE land mines) and if they moved backward they had to face Fonny (SF).

Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka says military camps in the north must be removed. Speaking to the Jaffna based Uthayan newspaper, Fonseka said that the military is involved in the civil administration in the north. He said that the army should do only what the army does best and not get involved in civil administration.
SF is going to get into trouble with this type of talk. He must have a secret deal with peelamists or US.
Being an army man, he should know better that you need to have a presence among former terrorist country.
No wonder tamils like him although he was responsible for the so-called 'human rights' issues. |
