LAst year, Sri Lanka has earned $ 5.1 billion. Sri Lanka got IMF money, Chinese loans, Bonds were sold and many other loans.
Even then country went out of foreign cash.
Only thing they claimed that had in excess was thecars - country had MORE AUTOMOBILES THAN IT'S ROADS COULD HANDLE.
