Presidental pardon comes only after all other options are exhausted. SF has already served the term imposed by the Military Kangaroo Court, the other case is on appeal. More cases are to come before the court.
Based on this what is MR going to Pardon SF for?
I know no one is going to challenge MR for letting SF go but I dont think the constitution has provisions to pardon someone before being sentenced.
Good government!
I dint expect that even you could eat this garbage.

MR does not know what is doing and talking about now, same like Never Again's condition now. |

Ha..ha..ho..ho..my dear good friend do you have anything called 'legitimate Court of Law' in SL?
I am sure you must have left SL very many years ago and never read about SL!
Even the law examinations are rigged and produce synthetic lawyers and the examiners themselves answer the questions.
Worse still the CJ, AJ and all other stooges take photographs with the guys who really did not pass the law examination.
Please don't talk about a 'legitimate court' but you simply say a court.
In Galle DC even the judge stood up from the bench when this synthetic lawyer entered the court for his first case!! |
