It is not the responsibility or obligation of Tamils, Sinhalese or Burghers. It is the responsibility of the state to protect its citizens and enforce the law.
At least at A'Pura you can excuse the govt as it did not have proof or an ablity to bring the culprits to justice but here it has documented evidence and nothing stopping the state in enforcing the law. |
