Sri Lanka should build a buddhist Temple near every kovil in Yapapatuna.

Then Sinhala soldier and the Tamil wife can to worship simultaneously.

Almost 150 Catholic youths took part in the 'Christu Shanthi Challenging Cup,' a cricket tournament organised by the diocese of Anuradhapura (North Central Province). The goal was to enable youths from 13 parishes spread across an area of 10,726 sq km to get to know each other. The team from the parish of Alagollewa won the first prize, a trophy and 10,000 rupees (US$ 75). The second prize of 7,000 rupees (US$ 55) went to the parish of Habarana

Lord Buddha was a Hindu and he is considered to be the ninth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, then why is this fuss with Jaffna Tamils in accepting Lord Buddha, his teachings and his temples.

Please come out of your state of ignorance and be enlightened.

The colonizers are erecting Singhala temple everywhere, so that in ten years they can say it was originally a Sinhala place.

As this is originally a singhala place. Before Boat people alias Kallathooni tamils came to Sri Lanka we Singhalese occupied this area. If not who were there before you Tamils?

Aren't there other places than the proximity of Hindu temples to build Sinhala temple ?

Why you make a fuss over this? if you people want, build Kovils near temples. If Hindu people could live next to Buddhist people why can t have a kovil next to Tamples? In Kotahena Shoe Road part of a Buddhist shrine been used by Hindus as a kovil, and Buddhist never created fuss over this

But in the first place, why should build a Buddhist temple in a place there is no Buddhist at all ?
in future there will be Buddhists. Hindus may convert to Buddhists.
Can't you build proper houses for the war victims and widows INSTEAD ?

War widows are LTTErs why should we built houses for LTTErs?

Hinduism is full of philandering gods and promiscuous goddess.
They have gone to the extent of lending their lingams. God Shiva lends his lingam.
