these types of things happened in previous governments as well, didnt matter what the party was

typical DHOBI Talk.

Modaya, if the politician kept the Jeep for eight years for his private use, definitely he should be from the previous govt which existed in 2004.

LOL! That's better.. I mean the language.. BTW, FYI Anud, it was the UNP who introduced the system of corruption and for some or other reason it became a virus and still there! Of course, irrespective of any party, corruption shd be stopped.. Well, I don't think even if Ponseka became the Prez, he would have stopped it cos he was corrupted too.!

I think every politician at present in the Parliament has involved in some kind of corruption.Because of that, they don't want to fight it because they themselves will have to go to jail or step down.

Sri lanka would have safer roads if they controlled the buses and stopped the feudal practice of allowing its public servants , i.e the ministers and politicians from driving like lunatics in huge convoys.Until you have an accountable political system - sri lanka will muddle along as it is doing now lurching from one crisis to another and resolving nothing

I think, the SL - PResident asked openly politicians to slow down.

I think, they have taken granted having security details and fast motorcades.

Why Sri Lankan Law enforcement system is so biased ?
