Only in the case of religions, that is also two major middle eastern faiths try to destroy the evidence or existence of other religions. ISLAM is the worst out of both as Christianity is not that extremist.
That is a far fetched statement. You say you have studied Buddhism. Have you also studied Christianity and Islam? If so, where, how and for how long did you study each religion? |

I have read in the bible the word 'Infidel and killing of Infidel'. bible's promised land is Moving JEWs to ISraal (Tamils think occuoying Sri Lanka).
For ISlam, Mohomad was a tribal businessman, He wanted to unite all these business oriented tribes. SO,after two weeks disapperence into the desert, he brought this new God's vision which said, god can not have a face (because his face won't be appealing to other opposing tribes). He said what ever he said that was God's view.
So, he killed other tribes who were not listening to them. He was married to a woman far older than him. He married a far younger woman. Muslims kill even muslims if they are not allied with them.

Now, I know Buddhism is something that needed to be protected from others.
The biggest enemies of Buddhism in Sri Lanka are the Sinhala Buddhists because they think of them as Sinhalese first and Buddhist second. Most of them don't even bother about the Five Precepts but they go bananas over sacred land, something the Buddha never talked about.
Sure Buddhism needs to be protected, not from others but from the Sinhala Buddhists.

Buddhists every where including those in SriLanka lived according to Buddhist Teachings. The result was, Muslims killed buddhists as they were animals. Muslims have done that all over the animals.
Buddhist tolerated other religions. that is why evenmuslims were allowed to settle build mosques in Sri Lanka.
What do Muslims have done else where. Destroying other religions, not allowing other religions and destroying idols. Even in Sri Lanka, in 1915, muslims threatned buddhists and rioted in the same way.
NOW YOU COME TO REMIND US OUR REMIGION WHEN YOUR motto of your religion was to convert and if cannot be converted kill. |

we can see that from the way how JHU thugs act...they are an insult to Buddhism....thankfully others dont view them as representatives of Buddhism... but still wearing the robe they insult Buddhism...And morons like you too insult Buddhism calling your self a Buddhist

I knew how one business place in area became a mosque and how that began to expand.
If a person uses his private property to build a mosque and expand it, what is wrong? Would you be rather happy if he used his property to build a liquor bar and later expanded into prostitution? |

As both the Christianity and ISlam are expansionist that would be the way.
HEre, I know there is urban planning and people can not do as they please. |
