I dont think he is under stress that much, if so he would have crumbled by now, Asthma is probably due to dusty and wet conditions and his lungs were also damaged during the war time.
Anyway, I dont think he could be that much had been fooled by the JVP, UNP and others. He has had no experience and he never thought the powers would get this much afraid of him.
when one looks at the things without any fear nor favour, its a tragedy to even think that he has to be in jail when he might have actually won the election itself when looking at the things that are getting unravelled. strange times we are living in. |

Two Sri Lankan boys died when playing with an unexploded mine in the country s former war zone. The two brothers, aged four and two, were killed when an object with which they were playing exploded in Pallai in the northern Jaffna peninsula on Wednesday evening, military spokesman Ruvan Wanigasuriya said. It appears the children were playing with an unexploded anti-personnel mine, he said. It is very unfortunate and tragic that this happened despite mine education programs in the area.
Five children were wounded earlier this year in a similar accident in the neighbouring district of Kilinochchi, but there were no deaths, Wanigasuriya said. Wednesday s blast in Pallai marked the first fatalities from unexploded mines, he said. Pictured here Mukundan Danush(4) and Mukundan Tamilmaran(2) who were the unfortunate victims of the tragedy.

hope Nidi will send some group of social workers to help demine the area to protect the innocents. he was so concerned about the issue in Sri Lanka. this is a good time for him to show the genuine concern.
