Then enployment in public sector

there are many Tamils Muslims and burgers working in public sector if you take the Colombo area.... Some of te wealthiest businessmen in Sri Lanka are Tamils.....as per N & E when public sector invest who do you think they will hire????

What the govt destroyed and I am mot saying what is happening right now but some reasons why rebel movements became popular.

Some of te wealthiest businessmen in Sri Lanka are Tamils.....

This is not because of Govt Help. We have always been hardworking.

who do you think they will hire????

Right now govt is planting enough sinhalese to suck the little that is left. Tamils will get an opportunity in lower and middle managment as far as the racist govt is concerned nothing above that. I pity the Tamils left behind.

50% of the tamils live outside north?

Sinhalese had no chance in Jaffna because of the 'Thesawalamai' law. also they were kicked out

more like selfishness... Either ways it will not be successful in Sri Lanka....

This is not because of Govt Help.

that shows govt does not discriminate..... Not only the wealthy businessmen but regular workers too... Lot of Tamils happily working in public sector:))) Happily:)

I think this kind of assimilation is good ... This will create less chances of future armed uprisings by cretins racial groups...

Either ways it will not be successful in Sri Lanka....

Successful or unsuccessful either way its not a good thing for a country. Just think of the loss of resources in terms of life, wealth and hindrence to progress.
