Who said no trials. If you have enough evidence you can have a trial and I don't think Canada will object to investigating.
I meant to so no trail as to how money was collected. So itis not going to be easy to catch the guys, unless Gota has a clandestine operation. |

If you can prove the Diaspora not collectively but individually is LTTE then charge them.
Not all Tamils are the same.
So, do the Overseas living Tamils. Not all are low caste - LTTE. |

Was any one held accountable? Was there even an investigation?
people were arrested...maybe not done enough by the then government to stop te further escalations....but people moved on from it....
If that was wrong how can you justify hundreds of thousands tamils killed specially women and children who had nothing to do with the LTTE.
Name any war that ended with 0 civilian casualties??? What channel 4 is trying to do is to point out saying SLDF purposely targeted civilians... Why LTTE ran tithe safe zone created by GOSL on behalf of Tamil civilians???? |

yes One out come of CFA was soldiers of DPU(deep penetration unit) got exposed to the enemy.... We lost a lot of valuable soldiers during that time..... |
