What evidence do you have for saying 'Religion brings disharmony in tghe society.?

I learned that when I came outside. In Sri Lanka we are taught to accommodate.

If you are to take philosophical books, written by people such as the Qu'ran, the Torrah, the Bible, etc and try to take them word by word then, yes religions can equal disharmony.

You talk about 8% of minorities. they were zero long ago. Now, they talk about their own regional autonomy.

This had happened in Monterol 165 years ago

http://www.lankaweb.com/news/items/2012/04/13/the-awful-disclosures-of-mary-candy/

he Revelations of Sister Mary Candy should not shock anyone! She claims to have witnessed an attempt by a priest and nun to euthanize a newborn baby, which she says she subsequently rescued and delivered to an orphanage. Just as Maria Monk, Mary Candy escaped from the clutches of the Catholic Church to inform the world as to the insidious sexual activities of the Catholic Church.

Welfare Bum,
Read this - very recent.

Did you check DVLDV s page in the past??? I don't want to post link here since I respect Buddhism..... But all faiths got these kinds ofincidents(rape cases, molestations) whoever do it is bad......I never defend incidents done by some catholic priests.... Your too blind sighted to critizice and question your own faith.... And resort to questioning others faith... Then again we can't expect much of you who is not educated enough to understand it

N/A,

Good catch!

Ooops!
I guess people can say one thing with apparently 'authority' and then say something totally opposite appearing to be authoritative. How can we have a reasonable debate on this forum? aiyoo

Good catch or bad catch, I think this is human nature. People could change their ideas, believes, views and feelings and say accordingly.

Some change their ideas, believes, feelings and views, once they realized that they were incorrect, wrong or used untruth or any other legitimate reasons.

Some changes to gain power, money,KUDU, positions...etc
Look at your Ministers? most of them changed their political views for money or minister post or....etc.

Some do not change at all either they think they are right or stand on principles or they really really dumb.

Because, either their arguments are crap or

arguers are dumb.

OR else, they don't want to learn the truth. Instead they want to impose their FALSE views on us.

Speaking of your own experience I suppose. that is your right but it is very unusual

Some changes to gain power, money,KUDU, positions...etc

We are talking about those on LNP. Perhaps they are like politicians too, changing views.

Some do not change at all either they think they are right or stand on principles or they really really dumb.

Is this real Charlie speaking. There were some outstanding questions about your handle. Was that sorted out?

It is fine to change your views but when you do that to throw mud at some group or a person or a government that you do not like, then you lose credibility.

Show me anything I did say wrong with proof.

throw mud at some group or a person or a government that you do not like

I did not throw mud to any unless they attacked me first. Knowing what's going on in the government, how and what GOSL doing , I can not be a 'YES SIR'.
