Being detained is not kidnapping. I said white van is a wrong way to do that. Detaining for quesioning is not wrong. I am aware that was not what was done.
NA accept White Van kidnapping.
White Van kidnapping for longer Detaining and kill them later.
Government got caught few times with failed Kidnapping.
Now they are fully clamped by UNHRC Resolution. |

MI5 or MI6 don't come in a police cars to arrest people. They come in the middle of the night in unmarked cars to pick people.
You can not do these things in democratic modern societies. If a country does, they call that country has a Kangaroo courts and jungle laws. I think That is why UNHRC wanted to guide and check Srilanka with human right issues. |
