Being detained is not kidnapping. I said white van is a wrong way to do that. Detaining for quesioning is not wrong. I am aware that was not what was done.
Who told you detain is wrong? who told you questioning is wrong? You were aware that was not what was done, then why did not you open mouth to criticize wrong doings?
