Now you talk like a true western foreigner or diaspora. Everyone wants to talk about the 3 yrs as being a long time. First of all, the war lasterd 30 years and do you think 3 yeras is enough to fix everyhting.
I am not talking as a western foreigner or diaspora, I am talking what I am thinking of reasonable. I am not gaining or losing anything.
I may agree with you that 3 years might possible not enough to fix everything, but I strongly believe that 3 years is more than enough to put the foundation for an solution. Unfortunately what your leader did was to consolidate/safe guard his power rather than working for solution, placing every where his relatives, controlling total economy, total security and arm forces, 75% foreign services, parliament( mouth closed ministers and PM who can not remember anything what he told yesterday) and controlling public using thugs, drugs and criminals.

These bunch of thugs and liars are so used to hoodwink and fool the local idiots and that made them courageous to cheat the world too with their absolute nonsense.
This is exactly what they tried to do in Geneva but failed. Despite their debacle yet they tried to hoodwink the locals with various excuses and some claimed that they in fact lost by one vote!!
