Some of the recommendations

A political solution is imperative to address the causes of the conflict. Everybody speaks about it, though there is no agreement about the diagnosis and the prescription.

The Commission takes the view that the root cause of the ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka
lies in the failure of successive Governments to address the genuine grievances of the
Tamil people

The Commission, strongly recommends that a separate event be set apart on the
National Day to express solidarity and empathy with all victims of the tragic conflict and
pledge our collective commitment to ensure that there should never be such bloodletting
in the country again

The Commission observes that during the last four to five decades there have been
instances where hate speech had contributed to major communal disharmony

engage in a proactive diplomatic initiative with the international community,
especially those countries that host these diaspora groups. The purpose of this
initiative should be to brief those countries on the meaningful dialogue referred to
above and the effective and visible action being taken to address the post-conflict
issues, including the implementation of recommendations of the present
Commission

LLRC is all about International community acting on behalf of tamils, christianizing and tamilizing Sri Lanka, letting all the LTTE fund raisers and weapon smugglers back into Sri Lanka, Legislating the Maarvverar day and giving everything to tamils since the Thimpu declaration and what they asked since 1910.

LLRC recommends requesting international community's influence from the country's where tamils are living.

In other words, LTTE tamils will indirectly control Sri Lanka.
