In SL they want free education, after that the govt is responsible to employ them, now that they are educated and employed they want free perks like duty free vehicle permits etc.
Politicians too forget they were elected as trustees for a limited period and think they own the country. LOL

As for politicians, I agree. They are all exempt and that is not right.
Canada and SL are apples and oranges. I do not think they are comparable.
The problem in SL now is that they think only SL exists in the world.
On another note, Tamils think their savior are the western countries, not even India. They do not give a hoot about TamilNadue. |

The latest victim in the long cruel series of crimes of abductions and persons gone missing under the MaRa regime administration is Sivagnanam Ravichandran , a popular Colombo Tamil businessman. Ravichandran is 45 years old and his native town is Jaffna. He had gone missing on the 29th of March when he was returning to Colombo after visiting his home town ,Jaffna, Kareynagar.
He had left Jaffna on 29th night to return to Colombo by bus. A group had stopped the bus on the way and abducted him . Thereafter there had been no news about him. His family members have lodged a complaint with the Kotahena police in this regard.
Meanwhile the US embassy in SL producing yesterday a name list of 30 missing persons during the period of last month to the SL Govt. and inquired as to what had happened to them. |
