That is why I said the army foolishly killed the top LTTE guys when they surrendered or captured, then they could have been charged for their crimes against humanity and killing so many innocent civilians. But army just tortured and killed them at the scene that is again a violation of war convention.
Surrendered, captured, tortured and killed? Where do you get all this information. Don't you see, in a war situation, there is no way to see who killed who, so there is no proof. Even if there were white flags it is very possible they were caught in crossfire.
Army who lost many men probably have no regrets for killing terrorist. This is why you will not get GOSL for killing terras
