You once said let us forget the past. How many people were killed from 1956 until when VP started killing many many innocent civilians? You want to tally the numbers?

The point is, LTTE did not have to resort to violence in the 70s. Sinhalese people regret incidents like 1983. Until the wars started there was not a single retaliation by the sinhalese since 1983 which happened when VP killed 13 soldiers
