Mr. Anud I am talking to you very polietley, amidst those BS comments made on me, (I saw them if necessary I will switch to them.)

I normally dont like to waste time on you, but when I see the following original of yours I could not stop avoidng it.

Ok
govt provides subsidized oil to the private power producers.

Then that power is provided back to the consumer at a premium price.

what do you mean by premium price, normally in a PPA ( I hope you know it, Power purchase Agreement) we have capacity charge and energy charge.
If I explain you in simple terms ,when CEB purchase power from IPPs the tariff is based on the above two charges I mentioned. The Energy charge is based on the actual cost incurred on the fuel and that is why the fuel subsidy is extended to private sector also.
So the benefit comes back to the consumers.

we saw what you mentioned in the news reports and it gives a totally incorrect picture.

If anybody wants this can be verified from the energy purchasing branch of CEB , may be there in the web site also.

so your interpretation is totally incorrect and it is also another cardborad building of built at 4.5 mill

If the govt is considerate, development-oriented, they should establish more power plants.

powr plants cant be built overnight except emergency supply plants, normally according to world practice for a hydroplant it takes 8 years from initial planning( not R&D hak hak hak) to commissioning. for a thermal plant this can be about half,

At the moment we are working on 500+ 35+ 120+ 27+20+new plants except the wind and small hydro.

Instead they spend money on projects on which no one knows when those projects will make money.

only you people know

Special child care unit of Kalubowila closed
MONDAY, 12 MARCH 2012 11:24

The special child care unit of the Kalubowila hospital has been closed due to an infection in the ward, Director of the Kalubowila hospital Dr Anil Jayasinghe said. The unit treats premature babies who are very sensitive to the environment and other factors. Some of the infants who are admitted to the hospital are faced with a life and death situation and are very vulnerable. So when there is some sort of infection the usual procedure is to suspend admission which we did about 20 days ago he said.
