Yes--LTTE killed so many Children/innocent civilians..

Yes--Prabaharan is a Terrorist leader what he got at the end is expected

Yes--Balachandran is his son..

The question is simply was he killed when he went to surrender with the white flag?

Locally SL's won't bother..just one more life in the long War but if there is a Video may be better to concentrate on how to deal with it rather than satisfying ourselves with reason that is in no way going to help SL case..

Well.. when a US soldier goes and slaughters innocent civilians.. they take him into custody.. strip him off his ranks.. and declare he has battle fatigue / stress, declare him not responsible for his own actions due to mental disablilty.. puts him in under psychiatric care..

End of story.

Innocent Remain DEAD.. The Soldier is CAPTURED and removed from service.

This is not my question my friend..this is what was asked by the authorities..the best way to deal with it is get countries like India/China/Russia to support on a Diplomatic level..

when Murali was called for Chucking even Glenn Mcgrath was going at 12 deg...have you ever heard anyone talking about Glenn...CA/ECB were controlling cricket..now it is BCCI and they don't support DRS..all other countries wants it..U.S do have their own rules and who is there to ask them..every country has his own routes..

Regardless.. of who supports SL on a diplomatic level or who does not.. Ultimate responsibility lies within the country.. and like you said, every country has its own rules.

Afghans today will hang Obama if they can get their hands on him.. WeTamiZH will hang MR by PROXY too if they can get their hands on him.. no big diff..

Balachandran's death is very unfortunate. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
