The resolution's initial draft did not carry a timeline for implementation. Subsequently a reporting timeline was added, which later called the High Commissioner for Human Rights to present a report to the Council its 20th session, scheduled for the end of this year.
The timeframe was later extended by one year, with the reporting requirement stretched to the 22nd session, to be held during the latter part of 2013.
Sinhala lanka has been granted 'TIME' to ensure that they have to show results about Accountability, Reconciliation with Eelam tamils & restoration of law in accordance with International norms.
It could also mean that the Damocles sword will be over Sinhala lanka's head for next 18 months !
Eelam tamils have to use this period to strengthen themselves diplomatically,Economically & Politically to face any eventuality in Future !

Lanka offers BD to use its Hambantota deep seaport
The meeting over, Muhith at a joint press briefing said Sri Lanka offered Bangladesh to use its newly built deep seaport at Hambantota 'which will be helpful for us'. 'Let's explore the benefit since Hambantota port users wouldn't need to go inside the Colombo. That will help save time', Muhith said.
How brainy GOSL politicians are?
Colombo port will lose one ship and Hmbatota will gain that one.

Restoration of law, in accordance with International norms, and putting it to practice are two different things.
Nobody can force us to treat Tamils as humans. It should come from inside of Sinhalaya.
As long as you talk of Tamils as Elam Tamils Singhalaya will never treat Tamils as humans. As a Singhalaya, for me Elam Tamil is a terrorist not a countryman.
