	How did GSPlus affect SL? It did have a negative effect on SL. Not just on garment but other industries too as there were more than 2800 items impacted (these numbers are not from Rathika). Some garment industries went back to India, B'Desh, Indoansia and Kenya.

This is what Gaddafi said, and you know where he is now.

Without West's support, SL would not have finished off LTTE. And going against west could prove they made a worst blunder, yes, West can even pave the path for Kosovo type solution in long run.

We can safely say SL has become a victim of its own success.

This is what Gaddafi said

The first resolution against Gadaffi was an innocent one to protect civilians.

I don't blame US or the west. If SL was honest in its actions no one would have interferred.
LLRC too is a state creation and this resolution is not asking anything more at least at the initial stage.

GL says it will impliment LLRC recommendations while still monkeying around 13th. amendment which is part of the constitution for almost a decade.

	Nothing can bind any one lower than the 13th amendment until another bill is passed with 2/3 majority.
