Sri Lanka is a small country. There is no need to devolve police and other powers. Provincial council system should be good enough for locals to have a say

We were not the govt nor the duty or ability to enforce justice.
Govt is responsible for the people, so they let them down not the diaspora.

Govt is responsible for the people, so they let them down not the diaspora.
Government had no choice but to go to war with LTTE. As you know, war is not pretty. We did not have any control since LTTE used tamils as a humanshield. If there were casualties, too bad.
Diapora should be held accountable for war crimes since they funded LTTE

You guys enjoyed when LTTE carnage Sinhalese people in Sri Lanka, but cannot bear to receive the same treatment. Life is tough but got zero sympathy for terror supporters does not matter how they get killed.
