This part is fine..but inveatigation of the last days of the war that is being requested is wrong. |

Hey hey..do not go too far with this..I believe you guys have all the rights you deserve. Tell us what right do you not have?
Every Tamil Sri Lankan citizen who loves Sri lanka do enjoy the rights, but Sri Lanka is a hell for the terror scum who who's trying to bring our country down. If they ever step in to Sri lanka the airport tunnel is a tunnel to Hell for them.

Dalits exploiting dalits
Nam Tamilar party organized massive protest in Chennai urging Indian government not to support SriLanka at the 19th session of United Nation Human Rights Council in Geneva.
During the time of meeting party urge the international to hold independent war crime allegation investigations against SriLanka and also finally urge Indian government to make changes in their stance at the UNHRC session.
This special meeting was organized by the party leader Sentamizlan Seeman and Iiya Maniwannan. |

Your looking a very narrow interpretation.
I dont know how familiar with the Provinces of Canada.
States in US or India for that matter.
People can still move and settle where they want. Key sector like Defense, Foreign Policy, Transportation, Banks etc still come under federal.

Sri Lanka is a small country. There is no need to devolve police and other powers. Provincial council system should be good enough for locals to have a say |
