why Government not use it......??

mess was done by the Political Leadership.

they did not expect General Fonseka to Finish the War.

Politicians were not ready to face a country without war.

they used war to win elections.

Tamils are Race is GON KATHA.

Tamils are part of the Dravidean race. Not All dravideans are with Tamils.

Not even every Tamil is with LTTE.
