When you see things through the prism of Sinhala chauvinism, killing of 40,000 innocent Tamils will hardly be anything.
Why do your military commander - yes, the war-criminal - still want his UN post, though he was effectively booted out of his position? My guess is good as yours, too much love, not in the UN position, but in the salary of 100K+.
It's hard to imagine one of the most celebrated military commanders of Miracle of Asia finds home in UN rather than one in Miracle of Asia. Yes, karma comes in many faces. |
