For the information of others,
to meet the energy and power demand during peak times ( for several hours) normally expensive thermal plants have to be used to meet the sudden demands in short times.
so one has to compare the cost of that energy and the cost of the saved energy during off peaks(normally less expensive)
all these needs to be studied.
I clearly told that we are going to STUDY these options and I do not know why this half boil DDottor is worried about a subject where fellow is fully blank.
