.Sri Lanka's main opposition United National Party (UNP) says the government needs to stop pumping money into the loss making budget airline, Mihin Lanka.
Something sensible from Opposition.... Agree.... Mihin air cannot compete with other budget carriers and Sri Lanka doesn't need a second air line at this moment.....the idea has given by Sajin Vass and he had the benefit..... -))
This Sajin Vaas is the PResident's Personal and Confidential FINANCIAL ADVISOR and he is also a Politician (a Minister ?).

He thinks that he can send boys to India to get Ukrainian visas. Even Ukrainian embassy in India never issue business visas without getting approval from the Ministry of foreign affais in Ukraine based on the Ukrainian company's invitation. This man is trying to teach me and somehow insult me with trying to prove that I am a liar.

let me tell you my experince on my PERSONNAL involvement in a recent Visa deal.

Last year September/OCtober period a delegation from SL including my self visited Czeck Republic on an official mission to get Czech assisitant for rehabilitation of one of our old power plants.( you can verify from mu postings during that period).
As this plant's OEM was from Czech, we had to get their assistance.
we went by Air and not by BOAT0 hak hak hak
As you may/might aware there is no Czech Embassy but a consular office in Colombo. So the Consular directed us to the Embassy in Delhi for our visa prepration.
We have official paasports
we had original invitation letters from Czech authorities etc etc.
so as per the instructions of the Delhi Emabassy we dispatched all documents and passports through one of our officer in the Administration Division to endorse Visa. Ofcourse we got the clearence from Emmigration Controller to send the passports out of the country.
So this Gentleman when to India and attended to it and returned after 4 days with our passports endorsed with visa.
So it was simple as that
and
We did not hear that Gentleman was BOASTING that....ha ha ha I was PERSONALLY involved in a power station REhabilitation deal with Czech authorities.

Before MR became President, Sajin was hiding in Dubai evading arrest warrants for some frauds. When MR visited Dubai a few months before the Prez. elections, Sajin found a way to meet MR who was highly impressed by Sajin's fluency in English. MR promptly promised him a job and that's how Sajin made his entry to the Temple Trees.
Is there any Police man in SL who will go to Temple Trees to serve the warrants on Sajin? |
