Read my Previous articles even if you already did !

Chennaiguuy,

You mean you already posted an article on how eelam tamils kidnapped and handed over TN tamils to 'stinky chinkala' navy?

Does it have a reaction from Cheeman?

You know in the hindsight, it was great that eelam was nipped in the bud. They would have kidnapped TN tamls even from the indian side of the sea and handed over to 'stinkies' navy!

:)))

Maninder,

There are no PERMANENT Friends or ENEMIES, only PERMANENT interests.

India wants a Compliant Eelam & if it is fully convinced about that,it will start to support it whole heartedly.

All your Mono Ethnic State blah blah does not hold water !

Maninder!

It is illegal and a lawful authority of SL can arrest and prosecute.

Good! So from here onwards I guess You have a good idea Y it went out of CONTROL and civilians took the law onto their hands!

No need to go into detail!

It is YOUR OWN Indian Authorities who asked this situation by showing a blind eye to previous illegal poaching by the Indian fishermen! How many times we have proved and asked You to take the appropriate measures of this ILLEGAL poaching by Indians!

Did India give an ear??? but came up with cooked up stories accusing our Navy! but Yet to PROVE!

What do you mean? KP converted himself a sinhala and rounded all 18 boats and 136 people by himself?

India wants a Compliant Eelam & if it is fully convinced about that,it will start to support it whole heartedly.

Which fool's paradise are you living in, my friend?

The eelam is an anti-thesis to India. So is a singalese budhist state. Both will not prevail on Indian borders!

It not through the logo and serial number on a bullet that you identify services or the guns that use it. It is relatively straight forward part of forensic science.

Ofcourse, one can claim that gun and rounds were stolen and used, even then, it is easy to locate as people keep a register of missing items!

ok...so are you're saying that the bullets found on dead TN fishermen were run through ballistics tests.... and they found a matching weapon with SLN personnel?
That's the ONLY way to match a slug or a cartridge case to the weapon that fired it..

Maninder,
You are here to learn finer points of law from me, aren't you? :)))

I already told you so, didnt I? :) you dont trust me enough do you? :)

BTW, I still do not know if there is a specific legal barrier to arrest poachers by the fishermen as long as all they do is make the arrest and handover the culprits to the legal authorities. If you can give any specific ref to clarify this I would appreciate, but I dont know if there would be any such exists.

Deborak, suit yourself!

Remeber mervyn silva tying government officer to the tree for being late to report to duty. Such things might be the tolerated in SL.

But the world outside is different!

GOAT/KP wanted to 5crew up TNA which is SOLIDLY supported by India.

So their interests converge to take Indian Fishermen as hostages with SL naval Logistical support !

WAR CRIME charges cannot be wiped out by Current Military Jaunta. If India can create Bangladesh for Bengali Muslims why not Eelam for Srilankan Tamils ?

Bengali Hindus in West Bengal State are not going their way to form another Bangladesh !

After all we talk about forming Eelam not on Indian Border !

:-))
