to make them perfect sri lankan,Gov should punish LTTE and bring constitutional amendments to avoid any seperatic movements in future.
patting KP and insulting Opponents will make Bogus Lankans.

my opinion is amendment is a piece of paper only,...to appoint a president people has to vote..
if MR does not deliver people will kick him out...he cant have another term if people does not want him...
if you say he will use his powers to rig votes etc...how long or how much can he do..??? he cant have unlimited time...people can decide..:))

Police commission and the election commissioner are appointed by the President.
IS that good.
Election commission should be free from politicians. So, there won't be free elections. Computer Gilmart system will work as usual. Some people will continue to get the highest number of votes what ever it is.
If the bribery and corruption commission, apparently will not investigate president, relatives or henchmen.
As he can contest another term he will use all available machinery to support that. Police will not investigate him. election commissioner will be silent. Bribery and corruption commission always say he is innocent and pure as milk.
IT is very much self-serving.
Only good thing is President has vested the powers to ministers to look after the ministers. Again, if ministers are not working they will go too.

U are correct people will kick him out...but people should have a fair chance.
