The Department of Archeology has decided to get down a foreign expert to examine Sigiriya frescoes. Recently there was an outcry that several frescoes were discoloured due to a chemical used in restoration of the frescoes. The foreign expert is expected to examine whether the chemical used has affected the frescoes.
The Commissioner General of Archeology Dr. Senerath Disanayake said attention would be drawn towards a process for a long term conservation of the frescoes after the examination by the foreign expert.
These pictures were drawn by Kashyapasundaram who was a tamil king. Jingalayass are claiming these to be their work but it is actually tamil work. In fact the entire rock itself was a tamil rock brought from the la la land which tamils have been figting for (towards the latter stages in amude).
The rock was also originally from the la la land where ancient tamil men who were involved in smuggling used to hide behind.
The paints for these pictures are also from the la la land produced by a tamil woman called Thangamani. In fact during the time of Kashyapasundaram one of these women in these pictures were named after her.
Jingalayas changed them all and one of those suicide chaps actually set himself on fire in protest.
