| Ok.... We have seven in our family in all. We have 10 mobile phones and one land line. The landline bill is nothing compared to the mobiles (most of the mobiles are abroad by the way). The land line gives trouble at least once a month and cannot get ADSL connection as well. |

Ok..to the topic of Mobile..If your looking for Mobiles for personal use..it can be really cheap..most of the time providers want you to sign a contract..18 or 24 months and You can get the Phone free..(Obviously there are many ways of doing it..the phone looks free but that is a gimmick and inside the monthly fee there will be a amount against the Phone which you will not feel when you pay every month)
There are different price on branded Phones but there are plenty Made in China..and I know the Pakistani guy..who played cricket with me and a Good friend..who does Mobile business with a SL who comes to HK often..he told me..he showed me the models..pretty impressive ones
I use Blackberry cos of the e-mail facility

H - One
the daughte poor.r has 2 - SL/Ind.
S - 2 Official/Private
the other three have one each.
ok now? Who would sell E96 and iPhones and give the money to the poor? Also we are doing more than enough for the poor. With Ramadhan coming soon it will be more. I don't know whether you know this Berty, but one of the main things in Islam is giving to the poor. By the way, it was I who had coffee with Popsy and also Panna, Popsy and I are meeting next week as well. (I can hear Berty gnashing his teeth) LOL |
