Cuban Embassy is pi55ed off with Sinhala govt saying for almost one year, cuban BTI is coming , coming like that of GSP+...
When the sinhala Govt fails to deposit 30 Million Rs as promised to cuba but to another account, they closed the Embassy..
Let Gutter Colombo suffer due to 'GOOD GOVERNANCE' of Modapakshe clan..

This is not exactly true. American govt is Anti-fidel Castro.]

For $300.000, they could have built a FERMENTER in Sri Lanka, could have bought manufacutring rights from CUBA and could have manufactured in Sri Lanka for other countries too.

Why don't you state the facts ?
Chennai City has a Population of abt 8 Million..
City Councillors & Mayors are directly elected by PPL & they ensure that City development goes on independent of the State Govt.
City Garbage treatment is Auctioned on a GLOBAL TENDER basis & three years ago Malaysian Company got contract & this time Colombian Company got contract which ensures Best Methods in garbage collection gets done in chennai..
I can go on n on but you will think i am just boasting...
