It is simply they are taking their stresses in the daily life from others in the name of 'Patriotism'.

If you are an Engineer, you are rotting inJapan.

Govt get loans/Aids and use that moeny to give contracts to overseas firms which they bring overseas engineers while you try to look for jobs overseas.

They don't involve in that owrk, if we don't have that know-how.

Do you say that Sri Lankan engineers are that backward and dumb, so that can not build a power plant or a bridge or aharbour on their own ?

Do you want me to write the names of the development projects too now ?

AnuD get a life outside of LNP. go out meet people will do you good rather than sitting infront of your computer 24/7.
and as you obviously have the means (you claim you earn more than what my parents & I have earned our whole lives ne) do visit SL and see for yourself whether SL is as bad as you portray. then you can run down your motherland as much as you like.

The thing is AnuD..there is no room for people to change in their opinions or views after the war is over..yes!! a lot of members 100% supported the Gosl during the war times..ignoring everything cos it was the one and only common goal..people want to still live on that and want every one to agree with what ever the leaders do..if anyone has a different view these people are branded as people who are not Patriots..

even the Gosl feels KP is a way to get the reconciliation going..why not LNP members..

they still want people to go on hating everyone from war times
