Samurdhi officers have decided to suspend their participation in dengue eradication programmes islandwide until disciplinary action is taken against Deputy Minister Mervyn Silva for tying a Samurdhi officer to a tree today.

President of the All Ceylon Samurdhi Workers Association Nishantha Udawatta speaking to Daily Mirror online said that all associations affiliated to the Samurdhi Authority have decided to support the strike and will also seek legal action against the Deputy Minister.

	Contempt of Court. Rajapakse brothers, Mervin and Weerawamsa are above the court. Sareth Fonseka is blocked again from attending parliamentary select committee meeting. DNA Leader General Sarath Fonseka told Parliament this evening that he was prevented from coming to Parliament to attend the consultative committee meetings despite a Court order.

	Man the 'Patriots' on LNP should be having a tuff time they have again gone into hiding. LOL Last month it was Weeramonkey then when things were getting clear the Mac guy got 120k and the joke was on the jokers who were making fun of the guy now after the weekend the doctor showed his colours and reminded what an uncivilized country SL was. LOL
