that's not how broadband penetration is calculated.
it is calculated per ADSL line.
exactly my point. you cant compare apples with oranges and say 330K users against 20 million poppulation!
then how SLT plan to grow by 1 million ADSL line per year over next 4 years?
Probably a stretched target?
but who knows with technology the market conditions change at a rapid phase... may be in 4 years time computers may be a general comodity like the Radio or TV in every household and people will be more technologically savvy to use computers...
when your kid comes home with school report card with 25 marks do you pat his back and say well done?
Do you set him a target to get at least 40 marks next time.?
well you dont need to say welldone but you can encourage to better next time rather than discourage. when ever I had come home with lower grades my parents never said

It's like that story goes, there's a kid in a supermarket, he grabs something off the shelf and smashes it on the ground. The mother screams at him, 'You stupid little child!'

The first kid grows up to be stupid because he was always told he was stupid, where as the second kid, the way his mother dealt with the little things, has hope.
Tells a lot about a person.
