When I talk about diaspora, it is those who supported LTTE among tamils who live abroad. Gota, I think wanted to get at them through KP. I frankly do not think Gota is interested in money (may be his brothers!). In case, of VP, nothing would have stopped him from being executed had he been arrested.

MR may be interested in developing NE. However, diaspora is not

The guy who recreuited most of the child soldiers was KARUNA. Most of these kids were taken against their will and sent to the North for training. Even after breaking away the East had more child soldiers that North. Still the govt screwed the kids and rewarded the criminals.

Who is worse the man firing a gun or the person providing thousands of guns. You answer this question and make your own judgment of GOSL and KP.

He will be able to get more Money to develop North !
