Did Karuna have money?
No they needed Karuna to get at VP, they were willing to forget the 600 policemen and their families, GOSL actually gave him money which Karuna's wife most probably used to buy her house in UK before dumping this loser. Later GOSL even gave Karuna a Sinhala chick, made him a minister. LOL |

Karuna left LTTE and joined the Gosl during the War..he helped the gosl to get east in no time..the situation was different..Karuna completely got out from LTTE..but KP when Arrested was the self appointed LTTE leader..he was taken in Malaysia, he did not volunteer to help MR and the government and join the Gosl
There is a big difference between Karuna/Pilayan vs KP..

I am thinking but I am not getting the point. KP was useful for GOta and company and therefore he was not put in jail. Money may be secondary. Same goes for Karuna.
Gota's goal was to win at any cost and it worked. His strategy included pardoning those who were useful to him. At least this is my theory. |

Tamil diaspora is not going to play with KP. No way for diaspora to corporate with any kind of governmental agencies.
Please note when I say diaspora I mean the majority in the diaspora.. some individuals may give funds directly to gosl and its agencies like KP anna's charity box :))
