Information has been received during inquiries that Captain Senaka de Silva who acted as General (retired) Sarath Fonseka s private secretary, had allegedly obtained a house on rent where armed soldiers were stationed, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has informed court.

This information was among the reports that the CID had submitted to courts during the proceedings of the case against retired General Fonseka.

The CID had further informed courts that Senaka de Silva alias Captain Sha, had allegedly rented the house at Borella in Colombo for Rs. 350,000 to house these soldiers. The said house had been obtained on rent for a period of three months, the CID had informed courts.

The CID had further informed courts that the owner of the house had given a statement accepting that he gave the house on rent where the armed soldiers were stationed by Senaka de Silva.

A full probe into this has been launched already, the CID had informed courts.

:)

lol
Debo I am against people just wasting time on strikes and protests demanding for their rights without fulfilling their duties. its the JVP mentality and the biggest culprits are the doctors and nurses and then it spreads to the other sectors too.
