Ministerial Road Rage

This Defender vehicle collided with a cement carrier and a sand truck at Melsiripura on the Dambulla Road on Friday, June 18. The Defender is believed to have been travelling at a speed exceeding 120 km/h. Witnesses described the vehicle being driven at high speed using its strobe lights and horning excessively as it careened wildly along the main Dambulla road before crashing into the two trucks. Witnesses said the vehicle belonged to Minister Susantha Punchinilame. Melsiripura police confirmed it was so but subsequently claimed the vehicle belonged to one Mendis. Three passengers traveling in the vehicle were remarkably unhurt escaping with minor injuries. Photo by Sehan Silva

I've also bad experience with them..... they never bother to apply breaks ..... they expect us to drive even out of the road to give them way......

funny & stupid creatures ... they don't understand that we are the one sent them to parliament, not to blow us out of streets, but to serve us....

If MR wants to develop the country, first need to make sure that LAW and justice is fair to every person in the country.

Secondaly, govt should involve in businesses to the minimum, only when it is essential.

Govt should make laws to keep the businesses in Sri Lankan hands and when the businesses do mal-practices, Govt should make laws to control that.
