Was it Indian sailors who actually fought and sank the Sea Tigers?

No, But, they did watchdog job and gave the tips in time.
ALSO provided radar, gun, etc to fight LTTE!!

They gave us some intelligence, but they did not provide weapons or any useful radars. When China offered us 3D radars to locate the Takaran Air Force in the early days, India threatened us with financial penalties and forced us to stick with their stone age 2D radars.
