Iross
The question was
name any country that DOES NOT have a bad side...??
Your reply
Any country but Sri Lanka, Ceylon, Ilankai, Taprobane.
My post to your reply was
I suppose you have never heard about countries like BURMA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN to name a FEW!
Just to show there are other bad countries
now your reply is astonishing
But not:
50,000 killed in 1989
100,000 killed in 1983 to 2009.
Most of the victims were either Sinhalese or Tamil civlians killed by the state.
RU accepting that there are other bad countries and now you want to start a different category as very BAD countries.. |

Unfortunately this happens, when civilians turn into terrorists or rebellions and go against the democratically elected government. The Parliament endorsed all war actions with a majority vote, to safeguard the national integrity and democracy.
If a section of people wants to make a repetition, the result will be the same.
But, non-violence protests and democratic political forces, are not failing into a such fate.

People must protect Mahinda.
He can turns things into good, for sure.
He declared that what the possible result of next election is not going to stop him from addressing the Tamil issue in a fair way.
We need a strong-minded leader like MR
Agreed. |

That is no reason for Rioting..It should not be allowed and a responsible Government will stop it at all cost.
If a section of people wants to make a repetition, the result will be the same.
I don't think so...MR will never allow this to happen and I don't think the present Majority is the same of the past. In the past the main reason for these riots were the racist leaders..they encouraged it for their own political benefits
But, non-violence protests and democratic political forces, are not failing into a such fate.
well how about taking an Astrologer to 4th floor..will that fall into a non violent protest!
