hats of to MR... I don't think sri lankans have to worry too much about 13 amendment cos it will be edited and 'implemented' in a way that will best suit us... this is what mr. president has been saying for quite a while... a home grown solution :)
if MR can fight lpte and diasspora mor0ns and beat the poooop outta them... i don't think he will just do the 13 amendment without making sure it wont come and bite us at a later date...
