. the clear point is Singhalese will never going to understand what is meant by the language Tamil and how crazy the native Tamil speakers are towards their language and contrary Tamils will never and ever give up unless they assured their language is not maimed at singhala hand. ( eg the manhinda speak. he simple killing the language though his intention may be good)
TamilNAdu Tamils can not even talk Tamil. TamilNAdu Tamil is a language of Tamil mixed with English.
All over the world Tamils talk every language available in the world.
Only in Sri Lanka Tamils can not can not Talk Sinhala. |

Because it is the truth and you are killing the Tamils and keep them in Sinhala concentration camps in the 21st century. Unlike the Tamils in Si Lanka, the Diaspora can speak the truth without the fear of Sinhala Terror stat's white van abduction.
It is not just the Tamil Diaspora's moral duty but even person with humanity must raise his voice against the Sinhala Terror state's atrocities against the Tamils now.
That is the only reason the Holocaust surviver, Jewish icon, and Nobel laureate, Professor Elie Wiesel, in a message posted on his website said: 'Wherever minorities are being persecuted we must raise our voices to protest. According to reliable sources, the Tamil people are being disenfranchised and victimized by the Sri Lanka authorities. This injustice must stop. The Tamil people must be allowed to live in peace and flourish in their homeland.'

While Weerawansa reportedly have told the President that police powers were devolved to the Tamils it has to be over our dead bodies , the JHU Minister rested his case against devolution of police powers to the provinces on the ground that the move would belittle the majority community. Don t do that (conferring police powers). Safeguard our self-dignity, the minister reportedly pleaded.
Now, MR has to face the real challange.

As a response to the DBSJ's article, one Tamil has written that there are many tamils, all over the world including some African countries, are living pathetic lives in immigration Detention centers and they are ecstatic if they can come and live in the Manik Farm like camps.

I posted it many months ago,....
13th amendment is important for India and It does not work for either the Tamils or SRi Lanka.
Therefore, India should negotiate another treaty with Sri Lanka that is comfortable to both parties and also give assurance to india with respect to it's security.
GOSL should not implement the 13th amendment what more than they have already implemented.

Any way it had been scientifically proven that Tamils of SRI Lanka (Jaffna Tamils ) derived from Singhalese.

Many Tamils can talk Sinhala much better than Mahinda Rajapukse's Hampantota buffalo Sinhala. The Tamils can master the Sinhala language very easily if they want to. Many of our Eelam Tamil ancestors already proved that and immensely contributed to the revival of Sinhala language.
BUT the Tamils will not learn Sinhala language when the Sinhala government force them to do so. The Tamils will not do so when the government impose the Sinhala language on them with state apparatus to increase the usage of the majoritarian language, because the Tamils have self respect, a rich language, and we have equal claim in Sri Lanka and want to be equal citizens of Sri Lanka.
You can see around the world, the Tamils are learning and speaking every language on earth. The Sinhala language is piece of cake for Tamils, after all the Sinhala language borrowed more than 40,0000 words from Tamil. :)))))))

I tried to explain many times in this forum but in vain. Will explain one more time.
Anud, you missed the whole point. Tamil are not so adamant to learn or speak other language in any part of this world and this will clearly applies to SL also.
BUT the IMPORTANT point is no Tamilian will allow any one to maim Tamil by others .You singlahase are the only group doing this in this world and that is the route cause of the whole problem. Still not able to understand? .then make some changes in Holy Quran and publish and you face the music immediately |
