It was not the intention of the west to defeat only the LTTE. It is an environment that developed post 9/11 world that the terrorism should have no place.
Hope iross understands this portion....
And I have to add another one..
ltte's continuous hoodwinking made the GOSL to take strong stand in defeating the ltte militarily!
It was like 'enuf is enuf'...what a lot of killings they(ltte) did during the CFA....and how was that thamil chelav was boasting abt the ltte's military strength.....and finally over estimating their strength have made them a laughing stock in front of the world! |
