Is there any point in implementing 13th Ammendment?
both Sinhalese and Tamils are against it, for different reasons of course.
Correct there is no point.. it will be just like a Provincial council.
What is needed is administrative powers to do their activities with out any problem. |

north and east for tourist expansion Westerners are avoiding Sri Lanka and Mahinda Mama is about to end up at the hague as a war criminal.
Special investigators and Sri Lankan insiders report the killing of 120.000 civilians and 6.000 LTTE during the last days of the war. Army is working hard on digging deep enough graves.
North is still sealed and that might be the reason why.
If this is true Mahinda deserves the Hague and SL a lot of punishment.
Tourism is not gonna happen anyway.

I don't take it as true, until evidence found. But i couldn't rule that out. |
