'Tamil unit' for Sri Lanka's army
Vinyagamoorthi Muralitharan, who defected from Tamil rebels to ally with the government, said the army chief told him of the plan a few days ago.
He said that hundreds of cadres from his militia had already joined up.
Despite joining the political process, the TMVP was regularly accused of human rights violations - including child recruitment and abductions - by the United Nations and international human rights groups

As the saying goes, old habits die hard. Most of the TMVP cadres were former LTTE cadres. Did you see the Nidtharsanam videos showing 12-14 year old kids marching with AK-47's in military parades? Where were you then? Many of these kids came from poor families. Many of these kids were 'forcibly recruited' and put to use in forward positions for main assaults/attacks against the army bases. Where were you when hundreds of them died?

GOSL can show the Arabs the IDP's and explain concentration camps of the Jews. Arabs will pay a fortune for that self satisfaction as they cannot touch the Jews.
You have a sick little mind. How much money did you give the Tigers for their 'Final War'? You should have listened to reason. But, you didn't. You believed news from Puthinam, Pathivu and Tamil Net (and WTC papers) to be the truth and nothing but the truth. Some were wishful thinking BS written by unknown 'columnists'. Then, there were these colorful misinformational 'analaysis' by LTTE theoreticians. You believed in them all. So, at the end of the day, you gave lots of money. Some even took out a 2nd mortgage to give thousands of $ dollars. All went down to the bottom of ocean, arms dumps (to be captured by the SLDF) or used in the killing fields of Vakarai and Vanni. What did you really accomplish? You helped to kill your own people in the thousands - in the name of 'Final War.'
Now, do something positive to redeem yourself. Otherwise, you are just another unwanted burden to the civilized society in Canada. Also, learn what the term 'concentration camp' really means.

Let them learn the basics first.
Sinhalese + Minorities = Sri Lankan.
let those kids go to schools,people change life style...make conditions suitable for normalcy which was not tasted for quarterer decade. |

But we are NOT dumb. I know exactly what SL govt plan is. Pursue what they started in the early 60s.
People are dying in camps, and these hypocrites build roads and 'want' to develop tourism in NE ??
My feet ! First resettle these people , build them homes, allow them free movement ! Then we can talk about roads and tourism !
