Astrologer lucky to be arrested over predictions...without ending as Lasantha or Keith Nohur....he will return with a big @ss...but with experience you never can learn.

that gives them sense to use there icons for better days ahead.

IN the West, EDITORS of major media outlets, newspapers, TV, Radio etc., are supporters of certain IDeology. That is how they maintain and control SO-CALLED FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. Editor looks after not to publish or talk anything harming their ideology.

In Sri Lanka, All the English dailies including ISLAND and DAILY MIRROR have other objective.

Besides the PRESS COUNCIL, People need to understand how the media in those DEMOCRATIC countries work. OR how they hide things that are unsuitable for public.

For I have grasped their Game plan and followed it up every step of the way. The Catholic action controlled English news in Lanka was UD friendly, and working in unison, hence blocked my article for some time. Finally on Sunday 18th of April 1999 I managed to get it printed in The Sunday Island thanks to a fair minded editor.

Astrologers should not be forgotten completely.

Some time ago some well known Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka, when inquired, had said not to worry about LTTE because one Strong Sinhala Leader will be coming.

MR is believed to be that Leader.

The arranged marriages of the astrologists may be the most serious harm for the SL's who depend on them. If we ban them we'll be sunk!! :):)he he heee

Now they are going over astrologists. The world is collectively scratching their heads on this one. I started laughing when I saw this story on BBC. This is the backward nation that results from Sinhala patriots in power. At least with all this idiocy what Sri Lanka free really is.

If Astrologers can be arrested for predicting How long will it take for the GoSL to shut down LNP?
Watch out guys LNP's days are numbered.
Soon they will start rounding up all SL LNP members.( In white vans)

A little bit of free advice.........don't use your real name and don't say you are Sri Lankan. It could be bad for your health.

Sooooo how have you been? didnt see you since the fall of Kili. Looks like multicelled Thalaivar died like a common criminal no? How come he let so many around him die but could not defend them? What about that Final Push thingy? All useless talks no? Any thoughts?
